Notification email

Your notice should include

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site
  • Your contact information (name, email, address, phone)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you own the rights or are authorized to act
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

We review the notice, remove or disable access to the identified material in good faith, and notify the affected party. Repeat infringers may have their content removed or accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We will forward it to the claimant and restore the content if no legal action is filed within 10 business days.
